Pinggir Kali | Coffee & Brunch (Pet Friendly ) — Restaurant in Megamendung

I like being here because the paddy field view..so green and spoiled your eyes. My friend and me visited this place around two o'clock and surprisingly, no other customers so we can take pictures everywhere, every instagrammable spot. But maybe one hour later, another customers come, as one waiter said..the customers usually came in the afternoon near the sunset time, perhaps to get more dramatic view. If you want to find the faster way to get here and you're from highway, just exit at Summarecon Bogor/Bogor Selatan gate, but, you'll find some small road to get through, but still oke and then set your map to this place. They have nice but simple decoration, full outdoor area (no indoor area with air conditioner). And the time I was there, it was raining..so i just feel cool and relax. We just ordered churros for snack and drinks. Churros was just so-so, drinks were good..we liked it, but they are quite a standard-up price. This place is one area with the fishing area. So, if it is your hobby..you can go...

If you’ve been to other cafes or restaurants with similar concept near Sentul/Bogor, this one is not so special. I guess they are still working on the development and strategies to improve the service and food. We went there for lunch. Long queue to order food because there’s only one cashier to serve the crowd. You should expect a longer waiting time for the foods. Suggestion to the owner: maybe hire more staff to speed up the process. Food presentation/plating needs to be considered for a more enticing look. Taste wise, so so. Not much on the menu, but enough for customers from the cities to enjoy the river view they’re hoping for, as clearly reflected by the cafe’s name (Pinggir Kali). The resto is located somewhere between Puncak-Dago-Bogor. It’s more convenient to go via Jl. Raya Puncak. We were directed by Google Maps to small roads when going there, probably because of the one-way policy for weekends...

Maaf karna saya kasih Bintang kurang karna pelayanan yang saya dapat Saya termasuk ojek online dan saat mendapat permintaan order dari cafe tersebut memakan waktu 35menit dari gang nya menuju cafe nya karna kondisi jalan yang sangat macet, setelah sampai saya mendapati barang yang dipesan oleh customer saya tidak ada, dan menunggu hampir 10menit untuk melakukan pembatalan dari pihak cafe, mungkin jika tidak ada owner nya saya bakal terus di diamkan di tempat tersebut karna pihak cafe tidak bisa membatal kan order tersebut karna terlalu lama membiarkan pesanan lewat aplikasi online, benar adanya cafe ini nyaman, adem tetapi cafe ini tidak memperhatikan menu yang tersedia di aplikasi online nya, jadi lemes juga saya setelah macet macetan 35menit menuju cafe saat sampai barang yang di pesan tidak tersedia, sampai memaksa meng adakan barang tersebut saya mesti nunggu lagi selama 20 menit kata owner nya, setelah 1jam, pesanan saya belum nongol juga, saya berniat menanyakan sudah jadi atau belum, karyawan nya malah bilang, kalo kaga mau nunggu kita cancel, padahal kalo mau cancel kenapa ngga pas dari awal aja pas saya lagi di jalan, kan aplikasi ada? Tolong lain kali perhatikan barang yang ready via aplikasi, kasihan yang pesan mesti menunggu terlalu lama hanya untuk pesanan nya Saya tau saya tidak beli hanya menjemput dan mengantar kan barang yang dipesan oleh orang lain, tetapi apa saya tidak layak mendapatkan pelayanan baik dari para barista di cafe ini😌 sampai di tawarin uang 9.600 buat gantiin ongkos sama uang nunggu saya selama 1 jam? Pas saya menanyakan makanan sudah tersedia atau belum yang katanya nunggu 20 menit saya lebihin 40 menit belum jadi juga? Hina yah ojol di mata barista cafe ini? Owner tolong sampaikan ke karyawan lelaki nya untuk sopan terhadap ojol itu juga kalo owner menghargai ojol si kalo ngga yah gapapa memang sudah sering saya dapat...
