Bajang Babi Nusantara — Restaurant in Minomartani

A hidden gem restaurant that serve pork dishes. Their restaurants is humble home-like with few seatings. Parking for cars can be a little difficult, since it is located on a small street. But other than that, the taste is excellent, my favourite is their babi panggang and sate goreng. Meat is tender and retain the juiciness of the pork. Haven't tried their nasi campur yet, but given the taste of their other menu, i think it's good too.

Its my first time here since i hear this place from a friend. I tried their crispy roasted pork belly, and its good. Maybe a bit chewy but its good.

Place is a bit hidden, so just use maps to go there. Gonna go there again sometime to try other dishes.

Dunno but the ramen taste a bit lackluster today. Hope they fix it next...
