McDonald's Jombor — Restaurant in Mlati

I have to say, I came together with my brother and made 2 orders of panas special, we've chosen chicken breast and 2 grape fanta slurpees thing. The first 15 minutes was ok since we saw that the line was crowded (both take away and dine in)..30 minutes and I asked my brother to see the counter in hope that we could have the menu that we've been ordering 30 mins ago and yet, the menus haven't ready yet....30 mins turned to an hour ....I was starving ...and I came to the counter in begging for them to at least kicked the menu out for me (yes I was that starving).....then the manager asked me to change the beverage to something else since they were struggling to defrost the ingredient. Ok then....I changed the Bev's to cola ...the simplest one....I appreciated them by not being a snotty Lil's brat...but an hour for fast food restaurant is too much to handle.....and yeay!!! They got it out ...we got our food...time to eat.... however!!!!!! We believed that we've ordered chicken breast ... And I was a 100% sure.... Instead of chicken breast, we've got a chicken leg for my brother, and a chicken thigh for me......I am beyond upset ...like "really? Dude???"... we've been waiting an hour and expecting the order is correct....but again ...our expectations were a little too high ... Sorry mcd....not all of your counter are bad .. but some of them are in a need of...

Disappointed, twice, when ordered food via gofood. Incomplete items. Uncontactable phone both on the phone provided on Google map or 14045. Cannot blamed the driver because food was sealed. The 1st time, driver happened to contacted me through WhatsApp so I told him. Felt sorry for him because there's no way he can open the package and check. Not his fault, and he, responsibly drove back to collect it. 2nd time, 2 items were missing and no way to contact the driver. And no receipt in the package. I walked outside to collect the food in the rain so it's impossible to check it. Tried to contact McDonald's. No...

I like the fact that I don't need to buy something to use the musholla. But, the last time I went there, the restaurant was quite crowded. Leftover food were still on the tables for quite long time so the new customers should clean up other people's food. Some spilled food were on the floors, couldn't see any cleaning service. The weirdest thing, people were confused where to line up since there were lines for picking order and to order. Both lines were in front of cashing machines. Because of this, the queue was parallel with the counter instead of vertically. I hope now they...
