Ginger Restaurant — Restaurant in North Sumatra

I was having a really good impression about this restaurant since they got a clear business instruction while other restaurants that you are not sure whether they still open or not until you ask. The staffs here were smiling and welcoming.

However, there are some significant errors. Firstly, the waiting time is extremely long if there are other customers before you. I was waiting there for over an hour before my chicken fried rice was served.

Secondly, my drumsticks were totally raw inside as my last picture shows. This is something unforgivable. You can’t serve people with raw chicken especially when you let me waiting for an hour.

Service was bad, we waited for 45 minutes for our food to come. We ordered Ayam saus mentega, chapcai and Udang goreng tepung. The taste was just average. Ayam mentega was bad because basically it’s just fried chichken with a lot sauce, red sauce actually, we only like the chapcai. Probably the best value for money in Tuk Tuk. The portion sizes are great and the food was delicious. If there are a lot of people, the waiting time is quite long but it's worth the wait.
