Okay, I hate to be this person, but so people know what to expect i must be truthful. There are many rats here. The staff know it as well, as we watched them shoe one off the counter up the wall. Unfortunately we had already ordered our meals at this point. Partner got nachos. The nachos were probably 10 CCs with a dallop of flavouring on top, for $10ish aud. Not at all quality. Not at all value for money. We order quasedillas. I asked twice (and happy to pay extra for quac) for extra quac, for dipping. At most it was a teaspoon and again, poor quality. We did also get a pizza - it wasn't terrible like the other flavourless meals, but was undercooked dough even on thin base. Honestly, it was our first meal on the island and as a family who are big time foodies this was disappointing to say the least. There was a dog who was cute and we patted. (Obviously known to the workers) unfortunately that turned to be a big mistake as the poor dog had butt worms . The place was unhygienic. The food was not good. The staff unlike other venues didn't interact, didn't provide any level of "service", I simply don't recommend going for...
Read moreWent here as it was next to the hotel we were at and the food / decoration all looked good, also there’s no ++ which is a bonus. Staff were nice and friendly and the view is great so we ordered a beef burger, chicken curry and a hot and iced tea. Wait was average for lembongan but when I got my iced tea I was shocked! It cost 25k and was TINY! I can get 3 times the amount for 3000 (yes 3k) in bali. I have been in bali too long I think and knowing this stuff makes me a bit annoyed, my partner got her hot tea and it was a tiny cup for 20k. I laughed it off as one of those things but when my burger came the patty was tiny! Not much larger than a squashed Oreo! haha 80k for a tiny bit of beef… sigh. The taste was good though and there was nothing wrong with the portion size of my girls curry which also tasted good! So overall felt like a tourist trap, stick to bottles of bintang and the curries if you don’t want to feel...
Read moreA cute place with a small pool and outdoor (and indoor) seating. The first two nights our meals were amazing. The third night it was very average (different chef apparently). Happy hour goes from 4-7 and they have 50,000 cocktails which are great value. The service here is the worst we had in Indonesia. The first time we came they came to our tables and took our order. Whilst the service wasn’t great then, and staff didn’t seem happy, it was ok. The next two times we came a few staff were sitting around downstairs for hours and telling us to go upstairs to order anything. A visitor out too much toilet paper in the toilet and it was clogged. I let them know but they didn’t fix it so the toilet was not usable. I wondered why the bar next door was so busy in comparison, I think it’s the service. This place should...
