Cobek Penyet — Restaurant in Padang

So for yesterday iftar, my friends and i decided to dined in here, I made reservation at 5-ish pm and ordered right away and we came back to the restaurant after magrib pray. And it turned out our meals have already be served on the table and everythings were cold.

The chickens rock cold. The calamary hard and like rubbber. Otak otak penyet were cold but still eatable. The rice were the only two were still warm beside the hot tea we ordered.

But the cah kangkung were delicious we loved it, and slightly....cold.

I’m sorry i gave one star for yesterday meals. Maybe this was my mistake to chose dine here during ramadhan, because the restaurant were packed and they just want everyone were served.

So i suggest you to specificly ask the waiter to serve the meals...

Pelayanan buruk, kasar. Saya komplain di Instagram tidak di respon, malah di serang akun bodong. Semua review resto anda di sosmed buruk, Instagram, traveloka dan google. Sama seperti keluhan org lain, tolong karyawan anda yg berbadan agak gemukan itu di ajari tata Krama, udh salah Gamau minta maaf. Semua cabang anda banyak yg komentar pelayanan buruk. Harusnya intropeksi diri dong, kenapa menerima karyawan yg seperti itu bikin bangkrut usaha aja. Kalo ga percaya, cek aja cctv gmna kinerja karyawan anda. Pantes...
