Mahakam Cafe & Resto — Restaurant in Padang

Their food is pricey, lets take an example: I once had their seafood fried rice and it doesn't even have a good amount of seafood in it. Also this time they asked how we would rate/review their hospitality/food it in front of our face expecting to have a comment, I find this really uncomfortable and I suggest they should give the customer a piece of paper to write their reviews because it's too uncomfortable to say it to their faces especially if it's a not...

We loved the food at Mahakam. We came here twice and loved it both times. The only issue we had is that even if we asked for the food to be without meat, they added some (probably a language barrier thing). But everything was delicious: their mie goreng, nasi goreng, pisang goreng, mango...

We came at the wrong time. The cafe almost full so it took forever for our order to arrive.

Pretty standard selection of food. Taste acceptable. Price not so bad too. You could watch sports together, they provided couple TV for that. the ambience is relaxing, there's manmade waterfall...
