POCHA PADANG — Restaurant in Padang

I have visited several outlets of Pochajjang in Jakarta and Palembang. This outlet is by far the worst.

OK Let's starts from the beginning No handsanitizer provided When I wanted to pay with either Credit Card or Debit Card apart from BCA, there will be additional charged between 1% to 2% depending on your Bank Issuer, WHAT THE HECK!!! ( FYI I have been using CC since 2000s, and I used it in 2 outlets of pochajjang in palembang and several outlets of pochajjang in JKT, never had issued) It is forbidden to bring your handbag to the table, cashier asked you to store it at the locker WHAT KIND OF POLICY IS THIS? When you about to choose a selection of dishes, a waitress will portion it for you on your plates although you can ask for more later on, HELLOWW THIS IS ALL YOU CAN EAT RESTO, THE FIRST POCHAJJANG DOES THIS TO CUSTOMERS. (By the way I ate in Palembang last July and September, i believe Covid isnt over during those months, yet customers are freely to help themselves) No spicy bulgogy, No Fresh Garlic provided, AM I IN THE RIGHT PLACE, THIS IS KOREAN RESTO FOR HEAVEN SAKE AND NO FRESH GARLIC Selection of beefs some are not tenders as if you chew rubber The exhaust is merely a decoration, not function at all, expect your clothes to smell like you eating on the kitchen.

So if you happend a regular visitor of Pochajjang, you will get culture shocked...

Baru kali ini experience makan sampe niat mau review di google, krn se sad itu sama tempatnya 😭 Mungkin untuk yg baru sekali nyoba makan AYCE ini bisa org bilang oke. Tapiii.. Pengalamanku makan AYCE ga sekali dua kali, Dari yg palingg murah sampe paling mahal. Untuk harga 110 (include tax), kurang memuaskan sekalii.

FISRT Impression pelayan di kasir sangat tidak ramah, ga senyum, jutek bgt. Pdhal pelayan awal harusnya dikasi yg paling bagus, why? Itu bisa menentukan first impression kita sbg customer, juga menentukan mood cust waktu makan lhoo. Pelayan lain juga duduk2 di kursi yg kosong (malahan sambil main mobile legend sm nnton tik tok)

Tata ruang kurang rapih, keliatan usang jdnya, hexos buat asap juga kaya ga nyala gitu :( Sebelum ke meja, tas kita di simpan di loker, waktu makannya sampe dikasi exactly waktunya (jadi ga tenang makannya)

Dagingnya yg disediain terbatas, refilnya lama smpe waktunya udh mau selesai, pilihannya juga ga banyak. side dishnya dikit bgtt ga kaya di iklan dan kerasa ga fresh :( Sup nya di sajiin dikit bgt, NASI nya udh tinggal dikit dan keringg smua smpe aku mau ambil aja mesti di pilih2, pdhal pake rice cooker yg gede bgt. Eskrim cuma boleh ambil satu, padahal konsepnya kan AYCE 🥲. Saos kita juga harus minta ke pelayan depan, dan pilihan saosnya cm 2 juga, manis semua :(

Berharap pocha bisa improve lagi, dan juga mau remind org2 yg mau makan disini don't...

This is the worst all you can eat experience that I ever taste. The customer service is not good at all. The staffs didn't tell the customer about the general instruction clearly, the beef slicing is small and the worst, if you give complaint in your social media, the management will not apologize to you but threaten you for UU ITE. All in All, I will not come back in this resto. If you wanna taste the food here, pls...
