A good place to have a cup of coffee (traditionally made coffee which is thicker rhan starbucks) and Indonesian snack or food. The location is next to St Carolus Hospital. It opens at 6 am. The food they sell include Belitung style noodle, varieties of fried ruce, fried cassava, indomie, fried banana, etc (see pictures for menu). The price is affordable. I have a cup if black coffee (Kopi-O) and a plate of fried cassava for IDR 25,000.
