Equatore Rooftop Cafe — Restaurant in Palembang

It's a pretty place, and we originally wanted to eat but the place is kinda empty and we chose to seat at the very corner at the outdoor part (still sitting at the table when writing this). We decided to order 2 ice coffees and some snacks instead. The part that ruined our mood was the staff. We waved and called and the bartender saw we were calling but he didnt respond until my partner had to yell out loudly several times until the other staff noticed and took our order.

Other than that, everything was fine, it just ashamed that the mood kinda ruined because of...

ada indoor dan outdoor, outdoor nyaman selama nga hujan (angin) 😂 ada ruang vip, indoor nyaman dan dingin. masakan mulai dari appetizer imho rasa di-lokal-kan, pasta, western hanya steak, varian nasi lumayan banyak, indonesian seperti soto, sate, dll. minuman dimulai dari teh, smooties, shakes, kopi, es-es'an, bir. varian terhitung banyak.

RASA: appetizer coba platter isinya singkong goreng, onion ring, chicken wings, kroket yang sebenarnya perkedel, french fries, crunchy sushi roll dengan rasa lokal ini sushi roll yang dibalur dan digoreng dari sekian jenis yang hanya bisa dibilang oke cuma chicken wings. saosnya tidak tajam, tidak hambar, right in the middle.

main dishes: arabian mandhi rice if i'm not mistaken, dengan rasa rempah yang kurang kuat alias hambar, atau emang rasa aslinya seperti itu, i don't know. it isn't good. ayamnya biasa-biasa saja. sambalnya terasi-kah? nothing special. nasi goreng palembang, yang ini rasa rempah juga, tapi lebih nendang, rasa ala-ala balado, mendingan ketimbang main dish pertama. lauknya? telor balado dan perkedel mini saja.

harga? pricey! ini resto hotel, bung! ada diskon kartu untungnya.. walaupun tidak membantu banyak. imho, this place is over-rated. good...
