Holycow! Steakhouse by Chef Afit — Restaurant in Palembang

This is the first time in my life, I had such a very bad experience with Holycow! I even create this review because I feel so disappointed with the services.

I ordered 8 premium wagyu and all taste bad! The meats are dry, with no taste, and hard to chew. Some of them are well done where it supposed to be medium! My wife requested to change the meat, but the chef said "the meat colour is gray but it is medium actually". Huh, like this is our first time eating steaks, what a joke!

Some of drinks also smell fishy like the glass didn't get cleaned properly, my mom even commented "kayak ikan asin".

We did not even enjoy our meal where this supposed to be a celebration lunch for us.

Lastly, my sister felt out from the chair due to bad chair construction. And the employees are no help at all and could only said 'Mohon maaf kami juga tidak tahu!' for every complaints I had. I could sue this restaurant for safety reason actually!

As one of weekly customer of Holycow (I go to Citos's franchise once a week), really, this is money not well spent experience. Shame on you Holycow Soma...

One word... i've never eat like this before... its heaven dishes... so delicious.. i wonder how the chef this thing... salute for the chef.. hi chef, i would probably like to come back and taste the other menu.. guys wherever you are, lets come and join here to taste.. the people come by is not so crowd and hygiene protocol is applied in this place so dont you worry about it. Its safe and healthy.. located in SoMa surroundings so can be easily find and the price is worthed.. its so delight since the first bite strike through to my mouth so like its surrender without fight.. to order simply by scan the QR menu and you'll find any menu there.. happy tasting and give your best result.. its almost impossible to left the steak behind in the plate.. i am eagerly to come back and...

Ordered 3 big bites Ribeye; 2 medium and 1 medium rare. The 2 mediums were served rare and the medium rare served literally raw. We sent the steaks back and after a few minutes the steaks were brought back still uncooked to our order. We resent the steaks back to be grilled a second time.

Finally the steaks arrived and we just took it even though it wasn’t grilled how we ordered. (See picture of steak claimed to be medium rare ) Either the chefs aren’t familiar with thick cut steaks or lack the experience .

Further disappointment while eating the steak, there was so much fat and tendon that it ruined the entire...
