Good coffee and nice food. However, the service is patchy. I came when there was only one staff member operating the whole store and he had just received an order from a table of five people. So I had to wait around 5 minutes for him to make all of their drinks before I could even place my order, then after ordering I waited another 7 minutes while he prepared their food before making my coffee. I have been to this J.CO store for a few times. From my experience, the place is a little bit hot and I couldn’t connect to the wifi, I asked the staff a few times about the wifi password but I couldn’t connect as it says “incorrect password”. I even asked the staff to type the password by themselves but still didn’t work. I think either the staff didn’t know the updated password or simply they didn’t know the sensitive case in password. Quite a good place to hangout with friends. But what I don’t like is sometimes when you dine in, you get a donut that is not glazed, literally just a donut with an icing sugar...
