The food turned out to be quite decent, but for me with a small reservation. Sirloin steak, wagyu sliders, and fried rice were the main dishes we ordered. We had ordered truffle fries as a shared starter, whilst waiting for the mains, but two of the mains came out before the truffle fries. Truffle fries were well seasoned, the fried rice was spicy and flavourful, and the sliders, were tender and delicious. For the small reservation, the "Russian Salad" was a dissapointment. Cold mashed potatoes, with carrot, and sweetcorn, is not my idea of a "Russian Salad". Despite this dissapointment, the rest of the meal was ok. The atmosphere was good, a gentler take on industrial style with warm wood tones in the furniture, and nice relaxed lighting.
Complaints not related to the food The first is the wooden seats, which were really painful on the back to sit in, Also the noise from the kitchen extractor fan ducting, which was so loud that it was impossible to hear the low level mood music being played. Will give it another try to see if they listen to customers as the main course food was good. Staff were helpful...
Read moreThis restaurant is a refreshing addition to Bintaro culinary scene . Nestled amidst the developing area, the restaurant's Spanish-influenced cuisine and impeccable service set it apart.
The Wagyu Prime Ribeye MB4 is a must-try, showcasing the kitchen's mastery in dry-aging techniques. It’s juicy, tender, and flavorful. The Wagyu knuckle complements the ribeye perfectly, both cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor.
The appetizers are equally impressive. The smoked salmon salad is a refreshing starter, while the baby calamari fritos offer a delightful crispy texture yet full of taste. Never tasty any fried calamari as flavorful as this. The truffle french fries are a decadent indulgence, perfectly capturing the essence of truffle's rich aroma.
Our waiter's attentiveness and knowledge of the menu further enhanced our dining experience. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, the serving time was remarkably fast.

Read moreI thought I’d try this restaurant "El Profesor" here in Indonesia. Despite being with my wife who speaks the language, they got my order wrong. I ordered a speciality drink and asked for NO ICE as typically at restaurants they use ice made from tap water. What I witnessed the guy at the bar do was shocking. He removed the ice, and then kneeled down and poured the drink into another clean glass (not realising i could see him through the glass reflection. Then the meal i ordered i specifically asked if the chicken was breast and she said yes, however they brought my chicken thigh. So, all in all a terrible experience. They did deduct the amount for the chicken....but I was...
