Food tastes alright, but way too expensive for the food and service they give. I’m sure you can easily find something better somewhere else.

I sensed lack of cooking, communication, and coordination skills from the staffs.

I ordered MB5 Wagyu, and the staff asked what vegetables I’d like. I told them I want green beans. Apparently the kitchen said they cannot serve the wagyu with green beans, only with roasted vegetables.

They did not tell me this until all of the food is served. So while everyone is eating, I still have to wait for my food to be cooked. Something that could easily overcome by telling us before start cooking the whole ticket.

It really ruined the ambiance for my family, our tradition (surely like plenty of Indonesian families) is to eat together. The taste is also very so so, weak aged-beef flavour, nothing mindblowing, and certainly does not make up for the inconvenience and price point.

I also requested whether my mom’s salmon can be pan-fried instead of grilled. She got a medical advice to not eat flame-grilled food anymore. Apparently the kitchen staff cannot do that, even though they have other pan-fried dishes. It should not be very difficult, we often requested similar thing at other steakhouses. So it’s very surprising for a place at Justus’s price point to not be able to accommodate this.

I ordered a portion of truffle fries to go. They gave me regular fries, wrapped in alumunium foil, so they have turned soggy, even while we were sitting in the restaurant. At this point, I can’t think positively anymore about their intention, they probably think I wouldn’t find out. Good thing I checked before we leave, and yet still we have to wait for another 30 minutes for the correct fries to be made.

Atmosphere was alright. Toilet was rather dirty, damp, and smelly though.

We had dinner on Saturday. The restaurant was packed, and we had to wait for around 10 minutes before we got our table. We ordered 400gr cowboy steak , cooked to medium, with mushroom and BBQ sauce. The meat was outstanding—served perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender. Cutting and eating the meat were effortless. It was served on a hot stone accompanied by Café de Paris. We felt sorry that we couldn’t finish our 400 grams of meat. However, the sauce was a different matter. I feel like the sauce failed to live up to my expectations. The BBQ sauce was too sweet for our palates and lacked smokiness and heat. The mushroom sauce was okay—nothing special. The waffle fries were good: crisp and seasoned well.

Our little daughter ordered from the kids' menu: a patty steak with a sunny side up on top. Considering that she’s a picky eater and she finished all her meal, I guess the food was on par with her expectations.

The Thai salad was perfect. The greens were fresh and crisp. The dressing was perfect, with sour, sweet, and spicy flavors.

The choco mille crepes served with vanilla ice cream were also good. The mille crepes were not too sweet, and the vanilla ice cream gave a little sweetness to it. The choco mille crepes can easily ruin your diet, so be careful because...

We decided to have steak for this lunch.

Actually this place opens at 12:00 and we arrived at 11:30, but they allowed us to dine in early. Such a great service.

All the staff that we passed before taking a seat, greeted us in a very polite manner. The manager really do his job well, specially in hospitality.

Me and my Son ordered a steak, and I also ordered a mushrooms soup for entree before having a wagyu beef for the mains, I also ordered a cup of hot coffee latte and a glass of sparkling water.

Unfortunately my wagyu been made medium well done which I ordered it Medium, don’t know why but I suspected the hot stone that been used as the base over cooked my steak.

Interior is huge with different sections, from indoor seating area, outdoor seating area too smoking area and they also got two private dining rooms. Toilet is clean and got a really nice architectural touch. Besides all this they also got a dedicated prayer room.
