Few days ago I was there to try their dimsum since my wife is eager to go and try their food so we went there and choose some of their dimsum in the menu. While waiting for the food, the waiter just standing or just sitting only, I mean we are dine-in customer, is there not cutleries given to us before our food arrived? And when the food came, the waiter also didn't offer any cutleries as well so in the end, I was asking one by one, plate, chopstick, sauce bowl, and even soup spoon because the waiter just didn't know what customer should use when their customer eating dimsum so minus point. But when the food came, me and my wife try a lot of variety, I could say the siomai is the best, xiao long bao is not so bad, the salted egg bao could be more juicy to be better and their X.O sauce is very good , I'm just hoping they could add more variety to the menu and also some choice for tea, like tie guan yin, chrysanthemum, wulong and other variety of tea to pair with their dimsum. So definitely would come again for their dimsum but I'm hoping the owner could ask the manager or teach them some of table manner to their waiter to improve their services, thank you...

Banyak menu lama dihapus, sekarang yang ditonjolkan adalah dimsum dan buburnya. Bahkan menu favorit saya Pare Cah Telur Basah sekarang parah berubah jadi cah pare rebus. Menu andalan terlaris di sini Pi Oh atau soft shield turtle/labi labi juga dihilangkan. Sama sama terletak di jalan Setiabudi dengan Restoran Capcay Apui, tapi yang ini ada di ujung jalannya. Memiliki 2 orang Koki Super yang sudah malang melintang dan selalu setia menghidangkan masakan Secepat Kilat (Kalau di TV namanya MasterChef Broo), tapi sekarang ke 2 orang chef senior itu juga telah diberhentikan diganti chef anak ingusan yang menghidangkan Cah Pare Rebus pada saya. Teringat dulu di tangan 2 chef senior itu selalu pesan Mun Pi Oh (soft shield turtle/Labi Labi/bukan babi Yoo), Fuyunghai (Dadar Telur dan Kepiting), Tumis Pare Telur Basah dan Ayam Goreng Asam Manis Kecap kesukaan anak-anak. Fuyunghai di sini istimewa, Dadar Telur Tebal, Harum Udang dan ada Daging Kepiting beneran. Saosnya creamy kecoklatan, Beda dengan Fuyunghai Restoran Hakka di Jakarta yang disiram Saos Merah. Pare Telur Basahnya juga Juara seantero Pontianak, diberi sedikit Tauco semakin beda dari tempat lain. Itu dulu, sekarang sudah berubah total tak sedikitpun yang tersisa dari gaya masakan Tio Ciu yang lama, bahkan waitressnya pun baru semua, gak ngerti apa apa ketika kita minta saos hoisin untuk cocolan bebek panggang malah bertanya ke teman teman nya, dan akhirnya saya diantarkan saos sambal ABC. Jadi mesti ke mana dong ? Nih ciprat info dikit, yuuk segera meluncur ke jalan Purnama, ada 1 rumah makan yang baru buka satu tahun tapi sudah kondang dari mulut ke mulut bukan lewat medsos, bukan resto lama tapi prestasi nya mengalahkan resto legendaris.
