Kopikota Bali — Restaurant in Pulau Bali

Until recently, this was my favorite Kopi Kota - they always cooked deliciously and communicated kindly.

Now: the cooking became tasteless, the portions became smaller; now the staff is screaming, laughing at the whole cafe, making love, playing catch up in front of guests - behaving ugly; yesterday they prepared a tuna sandwich for me for 40 minutes in an empty cafe, I asked twice, and when the sandwich would be ready - zero reaction. This is probably already the norm… the toilet - is the pain of the establishment: it is so dirty that at garbage dump it is cleaner, the aroma is appropriate; when you sit at tables in the open area near the entrance, ants bite all your legs and arms. In general, there is dirty everywhere, and the textile pillows are stained and smell bad.

In short, management, take action, now the quality is dropping dramatically, we will welcome you to many of your cafes. Or, if you cannot change something, change the management, because the project is potentially good, but so far, unfortunately, everything is only...

After visiting the other location in Canggu I was excited to visit this closer location. The breakfast set in the other location was done well. The service here, however, was really lacking. Having to ask the server multiple times for things isn't something anyone wants to do. The drinks all came out at the end of our meal and I felt stupid getting up multiple times to ask for clean glasses for the complimentary water. One request for an item to be cooked well was replied with "we'll do our best." Yes the food package is cheap and average, the coffee is solid, but there is lots of room for improvement with the service. 🚬🤢🤢🤢 Really my fav place to get breakfast. Nice staff always care if something going wrong. But now they let people smoke inside the place…for me it’s such a disappointing coz you have to eat your food just next to smelly disgusting smog 🤢 and all your clothes smells like hell after you go to this place. It’s disgusting for me to mix nice smell of my food with cigarettes Today 2 people smoked just next to me left and right It’s not right.
