Ichiban Sushi Bigmall — Restaurant in Samarinda

I've chose this place for me to eat everytime i go to bigmall. The taste is more delicious than the other outlet, and i've been there recently for like 3 times and they didn't serve the guest well :( They seemed like they were annoyed by us, no smile and they were so late too :( I came first than the other guest, i've been waiting for like 15 mins but they chose to come to those guests :) They also ignored us when we call them :( This is so disappointed, this is my favorite japanese restaurant and i couldn't find any better place but why their service has decreased and become worst everytime i go there? And the last time i went there last week, the manager handled us and he also not friendly at all :( I work in a hospitality industry too, no matter how hectic you are you still need to give them the best service as you can. The service is very slow. I need to wait for almost an hour for a capital party set. When we complained to the waiter, they said they wrongly gave our order to another table. It sucks. service nya sangat buruk. protokol kesehatan minim. beberapa koki dan karyawan di dapur menyiapkan makanan tanpa masker. pada saat saya kesini, resto tidak menyalakan musik. tetapi, karyawan di dapur menyalakan lagu lewat handphone dan lagu tersebut sangat berisik dan mengganggu. mereka juga sering mengobrol dan tertawa dengan suara yang kencang padahal beberapa tidak menggunakan masker sambil menyiapkan makanan. terkait kebersihan, saat saya datang, meja saya belum dibersihkan lalu saat karyawan datang, mereka membersihkan nya hanya menggunakan tissue ichiban lalu membuang sisa sisa nasi di atas meja ke lantai dan tidak di sapu lagi sampai saya pergi. saya berasa makan lalapan dipinggir jalan. apalagi lagu nya seperti lagu di angkutan umum dulu. sorry to say. maksud saya, itu tidak pas dengan citra ichiban. mentai nya? no. saya ga tau ini terlihat apa tidak, tapi mangkuk mentai seharga 30rb dengan tax ini hanya sebesar mangkuk untuk sup miso. kecil sekali. ayam tidak ada rasanya. sayur hambar dan dingin....
