Ichiban Sushi transmart bintaro — Restaurant in Serpong Utara

Good taste, nice place, friendly staff. Portion okay, not too much and not too little. Price so so for food, 9K for ice tea and 41K for spicy ramen. Spicy ramen so tasty but the meat just little bit, not same with the picture. Okay for the susshi but the staff forget give me ginger so I have to asked then she gave me a lot..nice. Location inside transmart, near coffee beans. They accept cash and debit card. Price...

Food Taste are good unfortunately portion of food are so small Service are not good, especially for people who is very hungry because serving time was totally awful even when the stores are not crowded Atmosphere in the store are not good, its very hot likes no AC working..

I think Ichiban need to take attention on...

Pelayanannya kurang banget :( kesini pake voucher grab dine in dan kebetulan di voucher yg saya beli ga keluar barcodenya, kasir nya kekeh kalo ada barcodenya padahal di aplikasi grab saya cuma ada kode voucher, terus supervisornya dateng dikira bakal ngebantu tapi malah bilang "kita diajarinnya cuma pake barcode", akhirnya saya coba searching dan ternyata bisa walaupun gapake barcode, dan pas di cek pake kode voucher, ternyata pesanan saya udh masuk dari setengah jam yang lalu (krn saya udah klik tuker voucher pas baru datang) Yang sangat disayangkan, kasir ataupun supervisor ga ada usaha buat membantu, kalo saya ga usaha sendiri, saya ga akan bisa pakai voucher yg udh saya beli dan saya yang dirugikan Mohon pelayanannya ditingkatkan lagi, insiatifnya juga ditingkatkan, apalagi masalah mengenai voucher gini, menurut saya seharusnya hal itu bukan masalah besar dan harusnya pegawai restoran harus sudah paham tanpa pelanggan yg harus turun tangan...
