McDonald's Ciater Raya — Restaurant in Serpong

We frequently got our orders by drive thru until 2 weeks ago we came around midnight and the service was the worst. After queuing about 1 car, ordered and when we want to pay, the person at the window told us to used the other edc (at the other window) because there’s a technical error. He gave option for us to walk or turn around. So we decided to turn another round, assuming that our order will be prepa at the same window. But turned out there was nobody at the window and people are looking at us and telling us that that wasn’t open (and the assumed that we don’t want to queue instead). I’ve explained to each people while the merchant’s people still didn’t do anything at all (including the person who asked us to to the payment in another window). After 15 minutes of waiting, another person come with a frown face like it is our fault, while we were only following the instructions to pay. We just want our meals. Successfully paid our order, we asked about how we will take our meal (will we queue with 3 other cars or wait at our window). This person just closed the window without explaining anything. At this moment I feel like we are the bad person here, but truthfully we asked politely and mcd’s employees keep on frowning to us (and keep not getting our meals). We waited (like there is any option), for more than 15 minutes (more) until we came to the first window where we ordered before. The employee didn’t said sorry at all until we asked about the bad services. We asked for the manager just to complaint and he reversed the chronology. Who didn't know about McDonald? One of American fast food franchise who spread its shops all over the world. For this one, we will talk about the franchise in Ciater Raya, Tangerang Selatan (South Tangerang). Located strategicly in main street at Jl. Ciater. It has big shops and also big car park. It also has drive-thru facility. It has 3 cashiers there who will serve you to handle your order. However in this store, not yet using automatic service. Then still people who will input your order, however for credit card or debit card payment then you can insert and put your amount and process it by yourself. The store also has secluded area which can be rented for birthday celebration or your own party. It also has washroom and toilet. As the store is opened for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week then the operating standard is divided for breakfast until 11AM in the morning and afternoon one (after 11AM to midnight) with variation of foods lots more...
