We had 1 day in Sorong and our hotel receptionist recommended this place for seafood. It’s a popular place with the locals. Menu is more limited towards seafood dishes which suited us well.
They have live seafood tanks located at the back of the restaurant where you can choose.
We tried the coconut crab, huge one weighing 2.25 kg, cooked in Singapore chilli sauce and fried vermicelli. Absolute perfection. Chef was from China and he did an amazing job.
The tofu, bitter gourd eggs were good too.
Another stand out was the grilled squid. Perfectly grilled, only complain was it overly spicy sauce on top.
