Average food, too sweet especially salted egg green beans, but serve with sweet sauce. Very slow service, but most and foremost very bad response towards complain. We order medium size chicken, the staff even repeated the order. Then we’re served with the small size, and we asked about it, then the staff responded “it has already been inputted as small size” and offered to cook another small size NOT FOR FREE, which means there is no compensation at all and us as the customer need to bare the responsibility of the staff’s mistake. Of course, the price of 2 portions small size chicken is more expensive than 1 portion medium size chicken. Last but not least, we waited for half an hour without drinks, another half an hour waited for the rice (we asked 3 times) while the dishes were already served. As usual one of the restaurant that failed to update their raw material stock. I order tahu and all tahu empty then i order octopus and all octopus also empty... The waiting time for food to be served are insanely longgggg When we try to cancel 1 of the menu because already tired the waiter just lie and say 5 min the food will be served guess what? At the end we wait for 15 min for that food to be served. Seriously other than budget friendly its not really that worth waste to much time .oh i forgot to mention even the most simple dish white rice take more than 30 min and finally got served while the other simple dish bihun need to wait for 1hr .... and thats happen after we complain 3 x I usually never complain and rush the restaurant to served the food fast but this time...

Saya pelanggan done in yang diundang untuk makan bersama di Hai Koi Restoran.

ini adalah kali pertama saya makan disini, dan saya diajak oleh teman saya. Kami memesan 8 menu : nasi putih Ayam Goreng kailan goreng Tahu tauco Tiram Tauco kari Gado2 Vietnam Cumi goreng Kepiting Es teh manis

Kekecewaan saya : Nasi putih diantar terlebih dahulu, lalu salad Vietnam, setelah itu selang tiap 20/30 menit baru datang menu2 yang lain.

saya makan dari jam 1930, selesai 21.45 dan menu terakhir keluar jam 2130.

saya kesal bukan main, dan mau batalkan semua menu yang belum datang, tapi saya urungkan karena sepertinya traffic terlalu tinggi.

Kamar mandi nya, ya tuhan...., air nya tidak ada, ada yang BAB tidak disiram karena tidak ada air.

Bisa kamu bayangkan saya masuk kamar mandi yang ada Kotoran tidak disiram dan sehabis itu saya harus makan lagi ?

Percaya ngak percaya, nasi yang dikirimkan ke saya, Kurang matang, masih ada butiran yang masih sangat keras seperti beras.

saya minta tukar, untung nya dipenuhi, tetapi masih sama juga, ada bagian kerasnya.

Menurut saya, ini kemungkinan traffic yang terlalu tinggi, hingga tidak tercover dengan baik.

Cumi goreng tepung nya tidak kering, terasa sangat berminyak dan tidak diberikan saos kecap untuk pendamping nya.

ayam goreng nya sungguh keterlaluan. Sangat kecil2, dan bagian leher mungkin ada 5 atau 6 potong.

overall, saya sangat kecewa makan disini. Nilai plus hanya saat akhir, diberikan dessert buah tanpa dikenakan biaya .

Semoga review ini menjadi masukan bagi pihak management dan bisa memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas Haikou...
