Bedjo's Porc Bistro — Restaurant in Surabaya

Accidentally found a hidden gem restaurant on the very corner of western Surabaya ( thanks to the rainy weather ) I dont remember the complex name , but its right beside seafood restaurant called Pelabuhan at Sukomanunggal district.

They serve pork based menu obviously. But i ordered the Sunny Carbonara with Fettuccini as the pasta 'noodles'. Its quite price for a pasta , like 50 thousand rupiahs for 1 portion. Around 10 to 15 minutes the food came. The Sunny Carbonara looks amazing~ And its very fragrant thanks to some herbs and the creamy scent. Maybe some will find its too creamy, but honestly the taste are amazing for me. Because i like foods with strong flavour ( not being stingy with the spices or sauce ) The texture of the pasta noodles are perfect al dente~ Probably one if not the best carbonara that i ever ate. 10/10 for me.

Too bad i forgot to take pics because i was too hungry... The place is nice with woody color vibes. But it only have one floor , so the capacity is not too big. I might come back again to try the other menu especially the pure pork meat based dish.

Parking area are big and nice. 👍👍 Price range for one person include the drink and the tax are around 70.000 - 180.000. So if you dont mind spend on such price and you are around that area and dont know what to eat , give a try on...

Atmosphere: 10/10. Wonderful place to recharge your energy especially during lunch time~! The place is not too big and not too small, it's perfect for a hangout session with your besties.

Price of the food: 10/10. Everything in this place is definitely worth trying if you're one of those who indulge in PORK dishes. The price is worth the portion. Let the picture talks.

Food: 100/10. Magnificent. You'll have your hungry belly all full and thankful to you for picking just the right food~! I didn't have to wait for too long for my food sincr I got there after lunch time.

Recommended: YES. Try their ice cream bacon (yes, you read it right.) and share your opinion. They also sell other things such as brownie, cookies,...

"ooo no... ooo no... waaaaaw! that's awesome!" that was my reaction when i saw the pork ribs barbeque served with sausages, chicken wings, french fries, fried pork, corn, and a bowl of salad served with shrimps... ooo... so yummy!

we, i and mr. otto and his family tried our best to "clean them up"... it was a huge portion of dinner and we must "finish them"... piece by piece we must eat this awesome menu, and it was so delicious... when i tried the pork ribs, the barbeque sauce was so tasty, and it felt melting in my tongue... perfecto!

hopefully this was not the first and the last time to enjoy the food here... hopefully "the legend...
