Located in IT and Handphone centre mall. It really helpful for someone who had spent time for searching or repairing their device. Relaxing in this place while enjoying chicken barbeque nachos is a very good idea. The nachos is not bad and the ambience is very good. So it is nice experience.

Dear manajemen Excelso, saya baru pertama kali beli kopi takeaway di Excelso, ditawarkan gula dipisah atau digabung. Saya pilih digabung, tapi saya rekues less sugar. Rekues sy sampaikan ke salah satu pegawainya. Lalu disampaikan ke baristanya. Tapi sayang sekali respon barista, untuk saya sangat tidak sopan dan membuat tersinggung. Dengan gesture tertawa, dia mempertanyakan rekues saya ke rekannya: "gabung tapi less sugar?" Apa tidak bisa ya pegawainya menyampaikan baik-baik maksudnya bagaimana? Mohon maaf tapi saya tidak akan pernah beli lagi di outlet ini. Silakan diperbaiki attitude pegawainya. Selain itu, saya tidak tahu apakah saya diberi paperbag bekas atau gimana? Karena ada tulisan nama menu lain, bukan pesanan saya.

Mocha Jelly Shake beli disini rasanya mantap abis. Kondisi tidak terlalu rame dan cukup nyaman. Pelayanan datangnya minuman cepet banget. Ada area smoking & non smoking. Di area non smoking rasanya kurang cocok kalau mau buka laptop terus semeja ambil tempat buat dua orang, karena mejanya rata2 berukuran kecil atau gak terlalu lebar. Beberapa meja dekat dengan colokan listrik, tapi tidak di tiap meja ada ya... Dateng kesini pas awal juni 2021, masih blom bisa bayar pake shopee pay, opsi bayar cuma pake credit / debit card & cash. Padahal tadinya mo redeem voucher dari shopee

Have been customer since long time ago, for me it has the best beverage choices. It may be expensive, but worth it. Sampler is good as usual, but the fries is so crispy. Place is not too big, and half of them is smoking section. Good attendant and services. Nice place...
