Kopi Titik Koma Tenggilis — Restaurant in Surabaya

First of this place is super cozy, it is cool and well lit.

The coffee is great as well, they usually use curious people as their roaster of choice which is in Jakarta and I do like curious people's beans.

This time they have papua nugini in their espresso hopper, I have heard good things about this beans. I ordered double shot, and the taste is that it's very sweet, a well balancr body taste, acidity is quite low but there is a hint of fruityness, but be in mind to drink it quickly, because when it is cooler, the saltyness overwhelmed everything.

For the filter I chose guatemala by curious people as well, the taste is just like guatemala by phil&sebastian. Very sweet and clear, a hint of fruityness, not bitter at all, quite good

The other option for the filter is esmeralda geisha, but weirdly this one is from common grounds, which is a not really good roaster. I have tasted esmeralda from coffee collective and single O, and usually it is good and a benchmark for geisha.

Update : For those who loves Canggu Americano you can try order Flora Lemona + Extra Shot (Coffee) it tastes similar and more natural.

They changed the menu (around) yesterday. Kinda sad because I can’t order my favorite Canggu Americano anymore. So I switch to their packaged / pocket coffee. Gayo Wine is currently my fav (after they take out Canggu Americano from the menu - wish they could bring this meny back).

Overall ambience is good. The only problem they had I think not more than water flows (the toilet flush took so long to refill, or the jetshower). And the kitchen exhaust. Sometimes the place smells like burned oil (literally burned oil not hot oil). And their gochujang sauce smells too strong.

Vibe wise was so great. Many books that I could read while enjoy my afternoon. I was ordering hojicha latte and their vanilla brownie. Hojicha latte was good. But the brownie was too sweet

There's no meal to eat. Better to eat before you spend hours here... Overall nice vibe. But you can't have big group here... The space was so small despite in the middle of town.
