Despite it's established in Surabaya, but they offer menus that are mainly served in Jakarta and surrounding cities, where Betawi and Sundanese culture kinda strong enough to affect the lives of people in the area. Some of the foods I ordered, tasted kinda plain. But some also taste too sour. Overall, good enough to introduce you to the Betawi and Sundanese culture in Jabodetabek areas.

Interior designs were so awkward in my head, but also aesthetically pleasing, for virtual pleasure. Depending on the mental situation of each customer there. Overall, nice place for introduction of Sundanese culture in West Java to people in East Java without traveling to Jabodetabek and surrounding areas. Kinda weird as well, to find a dessert from outside Indonesia offered on the menu, which raises the Sundanese culture.

In addition, it's also kinda weird, or perhaps unfriendliness to sustainability, since they use plastic small plates for spices like chilies, soy sauce, and limes. Dunno if they wash them or not, but still, if they wash them, sounds impossible. That's why this idea is so damn...

i like the idea and the atmosphere of the place. but the size of the restaurant is not enough and can be quite small. Some seating area has more decoration and feels quite interesting and unique, while some seating are ordinary and mediocre. Both style works for different purposes, but the number of unique spots are very limited. its design reminisce of a jakarta or dutch old cafe. this reflected into the food, where it is indonesian styled and oriented with the menu having diverse options and with their own twist. The food portion and taste itself is good but can be improve upon especially the choice of ingredients. Price point is okay, some of the items are definitely worth it but some are questionable. The place is quite popular although seats remained available even...
