legendary food... All the food just perfect... Highly recommended! 🤩

Always crowded in lunch time (well what you expect from one of a kind restaurant 😄) so to avoid that i suggest you visit at morning time or afterlunch time. but actually no matter how crowded, they serve the food under 15 minutes, that's impressive 👍👍 (two thimbs up)

Once you see the price, it's above average. but when the food is coming, BIG portion and just by the aromatic from the soup, i bet will make you a "watery mouth syndrome" in second 🤤🤤... And when you started your first sip, you'll automatically decide to order more rice (forget your diet, just enjoy life 😅).

Besides the soups, you should order "konro bakar". juicy tender perfectly cooked ribs... 🙃

The food is unbelievably good. The konro bakar is the best bbq beef ribs I have eaten anywhere. The price is very good value and the portions big you will not leave hungry. The soup and BBQ fish are also delicous. The staff are super friendly. The place is off the beaten track for tourists but I highly recommend it for traditional Indonesian food that westerners will love. The place will be packed but worth crowding in everyone is so friendly, meet and make new friends. A must go place for tourists visiting Surabaya. Friend of mine took me here for breakfast, pretty heavy meal fer me in the morning, but can't say anything otherwise.

Ordered the soup Konro, broth itself was great and Savoury 👌🏻 Although not a big fan of the meat itself.

The saving grace was actually the chilli, boy does it taste so goooood with the soup✨ Had it not been for this, woulda rate it 3 star for the food.

I found the employees loitering around by the entrance to be unprofessional though. Difference in training clearly evident compared to my experience in Rawon Setan. But to each his/her own I guess..
