Sate House Bogowonto — Restaurant in Surabaya

Menu nya terasa fusion nya. Mostly goat dishes but they have chicken as well. Good cooking, not so strong flavor, so the meat is tender. But I think because the pandemic and not so many people dine in, they did re heat the food, which is taste a bit dry on outside but I know that when it is serving freshly cooked it will taste better. I tried The baked goat, small actually no as big as I expected but good, the satay is good I forgot the name, which look like satay buntal (chopped meat and shaped into satay),which is according to me the best. The goat briyani rive is also good, not overpowering flavor like original Indian food which is good for local Indonesian people, but if you look more stronger and original flavor this is not the one. Place is spacious, bit since pandemic looks gloomy, hopefully the business can be recovered after the pandemic...

I am a frequent customer for this Indonesian food restaurant, but never been to this place instead of using GO-FOOD or courier service. Incidentally today I went here just to buy my favorite food, sate kambing komoh which cannot be found in other place.

In terms of space, this restaurant is pretty spacious, with outdoor seating, parking area and wifi available which make this restaurant is good for family with kids and groups.
