Today 6/02/2024,We drop by for breakfast in tis Restaurant,We have bring inside luggage and Beg ,One of the Girl Staff offered to help and Keep temporary my friend Luggage to the Luggage Storage so tat it wont block other people to pass by…So We trust her and let her handle the luggage…after 20minute seating and Eating suddenly Announcement Calling for Boarding,We rushing and paid the Bill to catch up before Gate Closed…We realised tat the Luggage missing when We are already inside flight tat is on its way to flY…We touchdown in KkiA Airport and immediately call Ur restaurant for assistance,and One maLe staff answered the Our phone and said tat they will help to check…After 20 minutes We call back,He said already Ask around and didnt see any luggage Left behind,Even they said check the Cctv…How come 56x36x23 Luggage missing jz like tat…We really hope management of Imperial Restaurant will investigate tis matter..We will not Stop until We get the...

Me and family visited this restaurant for brekkie. I ordered 5 types of dimsum and 2 main dishes. For dimsum, I ordered Imperial Hakau (Steamed Shrimp Dumpling), Lumpia Kulit Tahu Goreng Isi Udang (Deep Fried Bean Curd Skin Roll with Shrimp), Cakwe Udang Mayones (Deep Fried Prawn Cruller with Mayonnaise), Cha Siew Pau (Steamed BBQ Chicken Bun) and Siew Mai (Steamed Chicken and Shrimp Dumpling). As for main dish, Munch's ordered Nasi Goreng Ala Yang Chow (Yang Chow Fried Rice) and Mie Dengan Ayam Cha Siew BBQ (BBQ Chicken Noodle). Both taste pretty nice. Read moreWell, they didn't do a very good job with me. I ordered using their scan QR code system with my phone. My order never came. Finally, the manager comes over to my table and I show him the order on my phone. After a long wait, they brought me one item but forgot the second. So, I had to ask and wait for that. Meanwhile, everybody else is coming and going and eating. You would think that this on-floor manager would've made sure my order was correct when he knew there was a problem with the computer system. You would also think he would take the QR codes off the table if there was a problem with the system - that way the customers wouldn't use them. Anyway, he disappeared quickly and left it to his wait staff to apologize. That's just it too - only an apology.
