Solaria - Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Terminal 2EF — Restaurant in Tangerang

This is like the worst solaria I've ever visited. The waitress are busy chit chatting when we asked for their help. Even when we arrived, there's a pair of DIRTY UTENSILS on the table tf. We asked help to takeaway our dine in food and we waited for minutes till i followed up our request where they ENDED UP FORGETTING. In the end they mixed up our takeaway food when we supposed to go to different side of the city in the end. The waitress told my friend that in front of her is seafood fried rice (my order) and in front of me is saussage one (her order) so we exchanged just for the order to be mixed up 🤣🤣🤣 so crazy. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!! WORST SERVICES OF SOLARIA FRENCHIES BY FAR!! I already order ONE MENU (ONLY ONE ITEM) and waited for ONE HOURS to be picked up, assuming after one hour my order will be ready. When I arrived at the restaurant, turns out my order hasn't they made yet, not even recorded on their register!!! When I asked to be cancel, they quickly input it (IN FRONT OF ME!) into their register to be process and said "sorry your order has been process, so you can't cancel your order" and asked me to wait. And I wait for another 15minutes!!!! such a waste of time!!!!!...

I ordered vegetarian cap cai rice and I found chickens in it. I informed the cashier. She did not say sorry at all but smiled and said thank you for the feedback. I am confused if she even cared.
