Steak 21 - Tangcity Mall — Restaurant in Tangerang

I had steak 21 in Kota Kasablanka, and this steak 21 in tangcit has some differences. First of all, the staffs. They both work quickly and responsive. However, they rarely smile, compared to the staff in Kota Kasablanka. They just quickly serve my foods and be done with it. Although, I said many "thank you" to them, but their mood didn't "lit". I think that maybe they are exhausted because the restaurant has 3 floor, and they have to run from one and another. And I'm kind of understanding it. Second, their portion seemed a bit smaller, compared to Kota Kasablanka's. However, their steaks were awesome and consistent to Kota...

Nothing special, really. Just another steak house in town. Overpriced, if u asked me, compared to a taste that they offered. The steak tasted a bit overcooked. And the serving, well....one star down for that. The shape was....ummm need more serious attention. One plus thing, is the dining felt very comfy....

Penyajian nya untuk menu steak ASAL ASALAN GA SESUAI DENGAN PESANAN (MINTA MATANG MALAH SETENGAH MATANG) sampai saya minta tolong untuk di bakar lagi oleh pelayannya ech malah bilang matang nya ya ciri2 nya serat nya merah.HADEEH..saya dan keluarga sering makan di resto steak 21tangcity ,di kiranya saya baru pertama kali makan steak di situ.pelayannya langsung diam dan mengambil makanan saya untuk di bakar lg.Untungnya ada cwe (kayaknya supervisor pakaiannya celana panjang ) yang akhir nya melayani sy dg sopan.Agak sedikit Illfeel sy berkurang dg terpaksa makan pesanan sy.tolong di cek aja,malam ini tgl 11 juni sktr jam 8 atas nama IBU SULTAN NO MEJA 8 apa bener makan di situ.Bon yg saya bayar hampir 400 ribu loch.... Saya berharap Pelayanan tetap maksimal doonk seperti pada saat saya dan keluarga sering makan di situ.Jangan karena banyak customer ,pelayanan dan isi pesanan malah...
