RM Kampoeng Lobster — Restaurant in Tanjungsari

Got here based on friend's recommendation. We ordered giant trevalty fish (ikan kuwe) in oyster sauce (saus tiram) and classic grilled fish (bakar kecap). Fish was very fresh, and cooked perfectly. Although classic grilled gives less flavor than with oyster sauce. I'd reccomend to order sauce flavored fish instead of just grilling it with sweet soy sauce (kecap manis).

Another dish we orderd was grilled lobster. We ordered 2 lobsters weighing 700gr each. This is by far the best lobster i've ever eat. Meat is tender and juicy, as well as sweet. Grilled is good also. You can choose various chilli sauces to go with your dish. But i'd prefer simple sweet soy sauce with chilli flakes. Other sauce that I favored was Dabu-dabu and fresh shallot (Sambal Bawang).

By the time this review is written, a kilogram of giant trevalty with 1.4kg of lobster would cost you around IDR 750k, with included already of 3 white rice and 3 coconut with ice for the drink. Lobster of this size would cost you IDR...

Untuk parkir kendaraan dipungut di kawasan pantai, oleh pengelola pantai. Tempat makan menyediakan beberapa saung dan meja di pinggir pantai, jadi sambil menikmati santapan, bisa menikmati view pantai selatan. Sesuai namanya, disarankan untuk memesan lobster disini, harganya relatif murah karena mereka membudidayakan lobsternya juga. Lobster dijual dengan harga per kilo, kita bisa memilih lobster yang hidup atau lobster frozen bila tersedia dengan harga sedikit lebih murah. Kita bisa memilih lobster tersebut mau dimasak seperti apa, saus padang mungkin jadi favorit pengunjung. Hanya saja, tempat parkirnya sangat terbatas, jadi dibutuhkan kepiawaian driver bila mau parkir di lokasi resto, atau agak jauh bila memang tidak tersedia lagi, sekitar 200 meter dari resto tersedia tempat parkir pengunjung pantai.
