Backyard Kitchen — Restaurant in West Java

This is a place that has been carefully design by the owner. If you like european type of ambience, then this is the right place for you. Its located in FarmHouse Susu Lembang, Bandung. All the decor in 2 levels are truly amazing, it brings you to another place on earth. so, Don't forget to bring your camera when you eat here. Kudos for the owner.

Apart of that, the foods are varies from western to asian foods. The prices are quite expensive but looking at the ambience and service its worth it. Would love to come back again.

TIPS : If you plan to eat here, I suggest don't exchange your IDR 25,000 entrance voucher/ticket into Milk. Cause you can use it to get discount in Backyard Kitchen. So for example if there's 4 of you, you get IDR 100,000 discount...

Pros: the place is great, prices are affordable. The service staff leaves you alone, not overly attentive Cons: They need a consultant on how to properly prepare European/Western menu items. I ordered a chicken salad, it came out with mayonnaise and saus sambal (spicy dipping sauce). When asked whether there is any kind of dressing, they simply answered NO. At least have something ready as a proper salad dressing. Another person in my party ordered spaghetti aglio olio, it has cheese in it (since when). It was also drenched in oil, like 25% of the dish is oil. They need to learn the simple art of making croutons as well. The Indonesian menu items were fine. Located inside Farmhouse Lembang area, this one is might be a good choice for your brunch or just snacking during your visit to this location. Most of menus are western, you might find several local menus. During my visit, all the taste was not too bad but not as special as we thought, moderately tasty. All food & beverages comes in big portion so could be said that worth for money. Food price cost around 45-125 idr. Overall i was quite satisfy with this spot since many restaurants located in recreational area are often bad in service and taste BUT this time i was wrong. Backyard Kitchen was recommended enough to visit.
