Beintema's Pizza and Artisan Bread — Restaurant in West Java

We came here on the 17th of Aug. I was anticipating this for a long time, knowing that they are rhe #1 pizza in Indonesia based on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2023. But going to KBP from Bandung only for pizzas is overkill for me, so I managed to slip this agenda in during our trips to the waterpark nearby. Looks like due to the AYCE event, the places are quite crowded.

We didn't know that it is possible to book. Since there are 10 of us, it's quite hard to find a place to sit. However, the staff there (I think she's the manager), tried her best and provided us some seats quickly. She apologized for the seat to be quite cramped because we didn't book first. But it was totally fine! We can still enjoy the food!

First, we ordered 4 savoury pizzas along with the sweet Nutella pizza. It came out very fast and it feels like they are printing the pizzas! After tasting some, we decided that it would be worth it to buy more. So we bought 3 more pizzas. Two of these were the AVPN certified pizzas (Margherita and Marinara). The staff said that this is the best choice to taste the dough.

The AVPN certified pizzas do not contain any meat. As someone who is exposed to those "American" pizzas most of the time, I did not expect that such pizza can be this delicious.

Definitely worth trying!

My brother and I have been wanting to go here for months so we were really excited. We got a pesto pizza and a green smoothie to share with our mom as a light dinner. I may not know that many kinds of pizzas, but I do know that I like this one. I love how thin it was, and the ingredients felt fresh. Very worth it for only 100k. Even my mom (who always prefers traditional Indonesian food) enjoyed it and said it tastes much better compared to the regular pizza chains. The green smoothie was just so-so, I think it's better to enjoy it in the morning. The place is pretty small, but it's quite homey. One thing I really want to highlight is how nice the staff were, especially the owner (well, I can't be sure but I think he is).
