Damai Restaurant — Restaurant in West Java

It's a five star hotel restaurant you'll expect a five star in every aspects But no, I don't get any of that five star experience

Came yesterday for lunch with my wife and kids

I get a nice seats with a view, but the table found dirty with crumb all over the table Table not sets, just empty dirty table, no one seems to care to prepare our table, staffs just looks busy walking around And when we're ready to order, I call their staff name Nadya, I call her 2 times, and she's not even look at me, I call her loudly, how come she's not hear, in a such quiet place, I think she's being so ignorance When this woman passing by, my wife try to catch her, she just answer unpleasantly, she told my wife to wait, with don't even bothered to asked why my wife ran for her from our table, if she ever can think of that and care about guests, This nadya has successfully ruin our mood She serves other guests, but ignore us!! So crazy attitude!! I choose other staff to serve us, better attitude after we're get upset

We ordered, nasi Goreng, pasta, Soto, some appetizers

30 minutes later food served

My honest opinion,

Worse test ever for their nasi Goreng, dry rice , dry satay, tasteless!! Wow is this a resort foods?!

Soto just so so, acceptable

Pasta looks dry but taste good, creamy carbonara

And the joke is appetizers came just before we finished our meals, lol

Then we ordered this New York cheese cake, took 40 minutes to our table!! Awesome dude !!!! Although this cake taste good, but , waiting for it just make this culinary experience totally a catastrophic!

Thanks Intercontinental Dago Pakar, Please review your fnb dept, from your staff Nadya, teach her manner and your chef,WHO COOKED THAT NASI GORENG ?!!! I speaks for and from my own experience, worse ever nasi Goreng ever, holiday inn Pasteur make better nasi Goreng!! Even street food can do better

Respect your guests with nice and warm attitude, and serve them with good food!!

Damai Restaurant has a great view! It was very foggy as it just done raining at the moment but still, the view was breathtaking. Australian Angus Beef Tenderloin was a very thick 200 gr tenderloin. Presentation was pretty and the serving size of sauce was a lot. A juicy well done steak, I can say. But some parts of the steak was still medium well and I found a part that was overcooked, even burnt, and it was very bitter. This part is the turn off point of the meat. But overall still very good, The mashed potato was too good!!!! I'm insanely in love with the mashed potato, it was creamy yet light, right seasoned. Tagliatelle with Beef Ragout claims that it's cooked by the ambassador chef. I expected something special because that was my first time to order something over pesto. I honestly don't have that much interest with beef ragu, ragout, kind of bolognese sauce, and other similar cooks but I was giving a shot that day and The pasta, al dente! I love it, it was soft,...

Damai Restaurant, gak heran kalau restoran ini diberi nama “Damai restaurant”. Look at that viewnya bikin damai dihati banget, ahhh. Oyah gengs, resto satu ini tempatnya berada di lobby area (dekat dengan Front Office). Terdapat ruang indoor maupun outdoor. Design restoran disini menurutku classic banget tetapi masih terlihat luxury. Damai Restaurant ini open untuk breakfast, lunch, brunch & dinner dan juga menghidangkan menu alacarte & buffet. Untuk jam operasionalnya itu dari jam 06.00 s/d 23.00. Jangan khawatir kalau kelaparan di tengah malam! karna untuk room service disini 24 jam. Yang aku suka dari Damai Restaurant ini adalah viewnya yang sangat apik dan menu F&B’nya lezat-lezat parah. Kalau ngomongin menu makanan & minuman, disini sih juaranya banget, rasanya enak-enak sekali dan lezat-lezat. gosah di omong lagi lah yah kalau hotel bintang 5 satu ini bener-bener menyuguhkan makananan yang begitu berkelas dan presentasinya ga bisa ditebak a.k.a keren abis. Breakfast : Tampilannya terlalu super rapih banget, sukaakk! dan menunya buanyak banget, di foto ini aku hanya tunjukin sebagian menu breakfastnya saja gengs! aslinya buanyak bingits. Breakfast disini udah lengkap banget, enak-enak lagi! HADUHHH. Mataku tertuju pada pisang sunfresh, kenapa dia ada disini coba? hahhaa yaudah deh aku ambil semuanya yang ada di dalam keranjang buah. Aslik, baru kali ini breakfast nemu pisang sunfresh hihii, terbaik memang. alacarte : Omegatt… omegattt… omegaatttt… apa kata aku tadi kan gengs! untuk presentasi makanan disini super buagus banget, dan How does it feel? superr enaaakkk yampun, nangis darah dah aku, saking kangennya sama makanan disini, yang super lezat itu. yang paling paling rekomen untuk menu makanan yang kamu harus coba disini adalah Chicken Rigano & New York Cheese Cake, Enaknya parah banget sih. BBQ Night : Dan ternyata gengs! disini ada BBQ Night gitu deh. BBQ Night ini cuma ada di hari sabtu (6pm-10pm). Dan untuk harga BBQ’an disini adalah IDR 275,000++. Wah cukup murah-mahal yah gengs! hihi. dikarenakan datangnya mendekati-mendekati jam 10 malam, jadi sudah pada habis wkkwk, aku hanya mengambil menu yang masih tersedia saja nih gengs!. Meski daging-daging BBQ’annya sudah habis, untungnya masih ada menu lainnya seperti mie goreng, sahbu-shabu, buah-buahan dan lain-lain, pokoknya menunya lengkap...
