There's nothing more romantic than Italian food Italy, thousands of kilometers away, but so nearby. Years ago, we were surprised to find this finest Italian restaurant in Lombok. You'll feel like you're in a typical Italian Osteria. As a European family that enjoys traveling and food, we pay attention to finding excellent places to wine and dine. This perfect spot is ideal to take a break from the sun. Chef Jiwa and his team do an amazing job with the food and have elevated the cuisine to such high levels. Every meal is a treat. and it's the ideal place with a fine selection of Italian, International, and Asian Cuisine. 🍽️ I ordered several menus and was very impressed with the flavors. Especially, the lasagna. The lasagna is truly outstanding! Shout out to the super fresh salad made with organic veggies! While staying at hotel Oberoi, we wanted to have lunch at Lombok Lodge. We had read such good reviews. After a warm welcome, we were unfortunately a bit disappointed. The place looks less impressive in person than in the photos, which might be due to the low tide. The area where we had lunch was quite warm, and the staff struggled to create a proper shaded spot. We ordered 2 pastas, a pizza, and a keto chicken. We expected the pastas and pizza to be delicious since it's an Italian place. The pastas were decent. The pizza wasn't very tasty. Instead of the keto chicken, I received a chicken wrap. Not exactly keto 😉

Comparing it to the neighboring Oberoi Hotel, I find that to be a nicer place to stay and have lunch. It has a more spacious layout and better...
