I recently dined at Ocean Blue Seafood in Senggigiāwhat an epic experience! The seafood was simply fantastic, unlike anything Iāve tasted before. The moment you step in, the vibe is raw and unpretentiousābut make no mistake, this place delivers in the boldest way possible.
The standout feature? Guests choose their own fish directly from aquariums and ponds, and the chef brings it to life right before your eyes. Itās not just a mealāitās interactive theater, and youāre fully in the show. The freshness of the seafood shines through every bite, with cooking styles ranging from steamed and fried to aromatic kam heong or peppery, all executed with amazing flavor ļæ¼ ļæ¼.
The ambiance is simpleāalmost Spartanābut it adds to the charm, grounding you in authenticity. Itās exactly that unpolished setting that lets the food take center stage. Donāt be fooled by the rough edges; the generous portions, authentic oriental flair, and reasonable prices more than make up for any aesthetic simplicity ļæ¼.
Several diners have called it the best meal during their Lombok trip, praising the hot, freshly prepared dishes and friendly, welcoming staff ļæ¼. One guest even declared, āThe crab is THE BESTā theyāve found in Bali or Lombok ļæ¼. While some mention minor cleanliness and maintenance issues, the overall verdict remains highāhonest, flavorful food that doesnāt compromise spirit ļæ¼.
In shortāa no-compromise, must-try seafood adventure. If youāre craving genuinely fresh, expertly prepared seafood in a straightforward, beachfront setting, Ocean Blue Seafood delivers in the most memorable...

We highly recommend this place but a pity that we didnāt take any photo...
