We went for dinner to Mardiana and it was really delicious, so we asked her if we can do a little cooking class with her the next evening. We learnt how to cook jackfruit curry (which we recommend a lot!) & satay chicken and it was a very nice experience. She was nervous at the beginning because she tought her kitchen is too small, but honestly you can't get a more authentic experience than this! If you wanna experience the authentic, beautiful Lombok, go see Mardiana! She also accompanied us to the local maket in Sangjang and helped us buy good fruit, spices and sweets.
