We loved Warung Sasak! Itâs a beautiful little spot right on the beach with straw shades, bamboo tables, and that perfect island feel â pure paradise.
The food was great (solid 4/5) with tasty options and generous portions. Iâm vegan and they were more than happy to accommodate, even though itâs not specifically a vegan restaurant and they donât have specific vegan dishes in their menu. Prices were unbelievably cheap as well, especially given the setting.
The staff were friendly and genuine â itâs not the kind of place you go for polished service, but thatâs part of the charm. Itâs clearly a small family-run place with a relaxed, local vibe.
We actually ate here twice, which says a lot since we didnât repeat anywhere else on the island during our 6-day stay. Good food, great prices, and a beautiful setting that helped us fully switch into holiday mode....

The ambiance is quite rustic, apart from the ocean view. However, the beach is littered with trash, and thereâs a strange smell in the air, which doesnât make it a place youâd want to linger.
The clientele is somewhat shady, so I wouldnât recommend it for families.
