Sawah Laman Restaurant is the most empowering presentation of West Sumatran Minang Cuisine, not only offering a fine view of sawah(rice field) they also provide a place for a traditional fine Dining in yet traditional house of Minangkabau, talking about their food you will serve with rich flavor but diverse dish, each of every dish will not disappoint you not only it is tasty but also fresh as of it were cooked especially for you in that hour, plus the pricing of the restaurant incredibly affordable, this restaurant offers you a best buy with best experience taste wise, view wise and cultural wise. it's been 6 years since the last visit today, man i tell you it present the same quality with fewer visitor during our visit, i can assure you will have a divine lunch in RM Sawah Laman, madly recommended, please visit! side note, the food is so good i have no more space to taste all the appetizing dish there.

Review nya bagus dri sosmed dan melihat resto nya dri luar sangat menarik dg center of view rumah tradisional Minang (rumah gadang) yg ternyata khusus digunakan utk acara adat Minang yaitu Makan Bajamba 👍 Sedangkan bangunan utk makan pengunjung umum ada di sebelah nya (mejaan dan lesehan) dikelilingi kolam ikan dan pemandangan hamparan sawah plus halaman luas dg suasana asri pepohonan menghias cantik secara keseluruhan resto ini 😍 makanya resto ini rame pengunjung terbukti juga dg banyaknya foto pejabat2 sekeliling dinding restoran 😍👏 Makanan nya sendiri sama dg restoran Padang lainnya tpi special nya adalah itik lado ijau (bebek cabe hijau), bumbu rempah meresap, daging cukup empuk 👍👍 Harga relatif utk vibes yg didapat (budaya dan view/keindahan sekitar) makan berdua habis 94rb (itik lado ijau, ikan bakar, 3sayur, kripik dan kopi) 👌 fasilitas toilet dan mushala bersih, overall cukup puas, cukup nyaman 👍👍

Rumah makan khas minang yg direkomendasikan utk pengemar kuliner khas saat berkunjung ke kota Batusangkar. Menu rekomendasi adalah ITIK LADO IJAU (Itik Cabe Ijo) yg begitu mengoda. Rempahnya pas dan meresap dalam daging itik sehingga menambah selera makan. Apalagi bila ditambah SAMBA LADO TANAK (Sambal Jengkol dengan teri) yg mengugah selera. Oh iya, rumah makannya bersih dengan konsep alami dan berada di atas kolam yg dikelilingi pepohonan asri. Di samping rumah makan ada Rumah Gadang (Rumah Adat Tradisional Minang) yg terbuka untuk umum. Di dalamnya ada perangkat khas rumah masa lalu yg menghantarkan kita pada nostalgia kehidupan masyarakat Minang tempo dulu. Jadi... kita bisa makan dengan bonus sejarah Rumah Gadang nya 😉👍💞
