Bagelen "Javanese Food" Restaurant — Restaurant in Yogyakarta

One of the best Legendary Restaurant in Yogyakarta! The taste never changed ever since I was a kid and still amazing.

Place was clean with a note that it's already an old establishment, and service was fast and precise. They are busy in certain times and we just can't expect that much hospitality in a fast paced restaurant.

Price was a bit below average and offers great values. I had their 'Nasi Rames' and 'Fried Small Fish' with extra Sambal, and I was very satisfied with it. Most of their Food has strong taste of Sweet, Salty, Sour and Spicy (depends on your ordered menu).

Give it a try because you'll find more stories inside their food than you'll ever find on other 'recent'...

Home-cooked specialties. Vegetable soup with meat rolade, is, very vintage.

It felt cozy and close to the memories of my mother's cooking.

I was happy that the soup was freshly made when I ordered it. So you can adjust if you want no msg or less salt.

Point MINUS 1.bentuk sususan meja nya seperti kantin, meja besar memanjang, kalo makan gabung dengan customer lain juga, bukan seperti resto yangb1meja 4 atau 6 orag, jadi kalo bawa keluarga atau anak agak susah 2.untuk masakan, mgkn sayur asem nya perlu di tingkatkan lg kualitas rasa nya 3.tante nya tidak murah senyum Parkir mobil agak susah
