First coming to this restaurant about 2 month ago. Intrigued by that carbonara pasta rubbed in parmesan giant block. I didn't get the good live cooking show, my pasta came out flat and cold. I asked them to reheat, knowing the consequences of change in the taste. I just can't eat cold pasta, especially carbonara. I was dissapointed, yet their pastry soothe our taste bud and the manager came to our table to say sorry and gave us some bread as an apology. We appreciate the gesture, and decided to give them second visit.
Just yesterday we came and look at the iftar menu. Right away we chose lamb shank with briyani rice to share. In the beginning we asked them if they have free refill drinks and they offered us hot tea (some european brand, we forgot). Ok, so we go with that. I'm telling you, their lamb shank is top notch! Wish they use long grain for the briyani, it will be beyond! The softness, the taste of the lamb, the gravy with yoghurt, perfect! Unfortunately, after having amazing experience with the lamb shank and reminiscing our good moment with their pastry, when I asked for tea refill (didn't realize I asked to refill twice already), the crew came back to the table saying,"you already asked for refill twice, you can't refill anymore". I was just shocked at instant and freezed. What did just happen? We did ask them in the beginning about the refill but nobody told us there is limitation on the refill. If you are saying in the beginning, ok I accept and manage my self to adjust the refill or I order some more. But with no information in the beginning, you are leading us to another dissapointment. It looks like a small matter to you, but it is very unpleasant for us.
I don't know if I'll ever eat here again at this restaurant. There's always a dissapointment above wonderful things they made. It's just...

At first, walking into the restaurant, none is guiding us to the table or even for just for asking for how many guest. I need to approach the waitress first.
Secondly, during menu selection, was asking about a picture and confirmed that it was chicken. Order the menu but turn out it was Dori and I end up ordering a wrong menu because of the wrong info.
Next, it took almost an hour for the food to come. We ordered couple menus including a simple french fries. I didn’t make sense to wait an hour just for a french fries. In the beginning we thought that because it is a new restaurant, hence they might still adjusting. But, I just realized it was something wrong with them when a table next to us got their food first despite their order was made 15 minutes after my order. And what makes me mad is that they order the same menu like us. How come?
I stormed in to the front table and asked for clarity which I didn’t get that from their supervisor. They promised that the food will be ready in 5 minutes. Waiting for the next 7 minutes but no food yet. We decided to left the table and pay it eventhough we dont enjoy the food and one food that they promised wasnt even arrived at our table.
We’ve been a big fans of petit paris and so happy to know that there is a new petit restaurant open close to home. But with all this service, I’m for sure will not go to this restaurant again.
I’m deliberately writing this review in english so that their foreigner costumer can understand what my family and I experienced in this restaurant.
And Hey petit paris, you just lost your...
Read moreI had a delightful experience at this restaurant last night, thoroughly enjoying the ambiance, excellent service, and delicious food.
We ordered the Meat Lover Pizza, Oriental Fried Rice, and a Strawberry Smoothie with Ice Cream. The pizza was fantastic, generously topped with cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. The thin, crispy crust, especially the edges, was perfect. It was exactly the kind of pizza I was craving.
The smoothie was refreshing and well-balanced: sweet, but not overly so. The addition of vanilla ice cream elevated its flavor, making it even more enjoyable.
Although there was a slight delay with the fried rice due to the restaurant being quite busy, the staff handled it wonderfully. The waiter explained the situation politely, and when the fried rice arrived, they included a complimentary plate of French fries as an apology.
The fried rice was worth the wait! The portion was generous, easily enough for two, and it was packed with flavor. As for the French fries, they were arguably the best I’ve ever had: crispy on the outside, soft and tender inside, with a perfect, well-balanced taste.
This restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, so two days later I came back to have their spaghetti and croissant. I have no words, all is...
