the place is small but sweet with a touch of old times interior when it was still in the early days of independence. the food served seems to be different every day. this place serves food that is identical to home cooking. it tastes good, doesn't feel too much msg. friendly service.

what's a bit troublesome is that the place is hidden in the gas station area, and not visible from the highway. the car park is not wide enough. not friendly for the disabled.

Literally one of THE HIDDEN GEM in Jogja. Located behind SPBU Tomohon, this place is quite difficult to find if you didn’t see the sign. Once you enter this place it feels like you enter a Time Machine. You gonna feel like you throwback to a 19th Century. They served a lot variety of Indonesian food. 9 November 2024/ Paket ramesan nasi + 2 lauk + 1 sayur + sambal + kerupuk 28rb, es jahe sereh 15rb. Aku milih lauk ayam kare sama telur dadar (cuminya habis), sayurnya sop. Secara rasa enak ayamnya, standar ayam kare, tapi potongannya kecil. Telur dadarnya kurang berasa, tapi seenggaknya teksturnya oke, bukan yang alot dikunyah. Sopnya standar, suhu ruangan. Sambelnya ditaruh di piring nasi, b aja rasanya, yaa pedes standar. Kerupuknya kerupuk udang, enak standar. Es jahe serehnya gelasnya gede. Secara rasa jahe dan serehnya ada, tapi kurang kuat. Nggak tau ya kurang memuaskan aja, aku pernah minum es jahe sereh yang bikin tenggorokan seger, sementara yang di sini rasanya meh.

Jalan masuknya kurang keliatan, cuma kayak gang berkerikil gitu, nggak ada tanda plang restoran di depannya. Tempatnya cukup luas, estetik interiornya, kayak ruang tamu rumah belanda gitu disulap jadi restoran. Tisu sama alat makan dianter bareng makanan. Ada wastafel dengan sabun untuk cuci tangan. Toilet dan musholla ada di SPBU sebelah. Bayarnya bisa pake QRIS. Parkirannya nggak terlalu luas, tapi masih muatlah untuk beberapa mobil. Nggak ada tukang parkir.

Overall.. mahal, dengan rasa yang standar standar aja, nothing special. Yang dijual suasananya sih. Nice untuk dikunjungi, tapi definitely nggak akan jadi...
