Shoore Kooli is basically salted anchovy, fried in oil and usually served as a flavorful side or condiment alongside the main dish. This was actually my very first time trying both Shoore Kooli and fish head — and it happened right here at this restaurant. The place gets really busy, and without a reservation, you might need to wait around 45 minutes for a table. But honestly, the wait was more than worth it — the flavors were truly something special. I went with a group of friends, and we each tried a different dish. My pick was the Kooli fish, and I also had a few bites of the rainbow trout with pomegranate sauce. Everything was delicious, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

به شدت رستوران صمیمی و خوبی داره پیشنهاد می کنم قبل از اینکه از غذاهاش چیزی بنویسم و بگم از شیرینی کاکا بگم که چه قدر طعم فوق العاده ای داره.. تا اونجا که من اطلاع دارم کاکا های ماسوله با آرد برنج و نخودچی درست می شه اما کاکا های رشت با کدوی حلوایی درست می شه که به طرز عجیبی طعم فوق العاده ای به این شیرینی می ده حتما امتحان کنید. قبل از هر چیز بگم اینو هم که ترجیحا بهتره که به خصوص توی ایام تعطیل یا تابستون حتما رزرو کنید که اذیت نشید. ما شامی رودباری، کباب ترش، سیر واویج، میرزا قاسمی، باقلا قاتق، خورشت قورمه سبزی، ترشِ تره، آلو اسفناج،سینی بادمجان، کباب اوزون برون خوردیم که همه واقعا طعم های خاص و فوق العاده ای داشتن کاردشون هم به شدت زحمتکش و با فرهنگ بودن و همه محترم. در کل ما خیلی تو این 10 روزی که در یکی از شهرهای اطراف بودیم از این رستوران لذت بردیم و خاطره قشنگی رو برامون ثبت کردن. شامی رودباریش یه طعم عجیب و خاص و خوشمزه ای داشت. سیر واویج که معرکه بود. سینی بادمجونش فقط خیلی چرب بود متأسفانه. در کل خیلی وقته این رستوران رو می شناسم و هر وقت از رشت رد شدیم امتحانش کردم امیدوارم همینجور بمونه و موفق تر از قبل هم بشه و خودشون رو فقط گم نکنن خیلی خوب می شه. حیف خیلی سال پیش یه خوراک اوزون برون داشتن اون رو از منو حذف کردن به نظرم مردم اگر درخواست بدن شاید بیارن به شدت خوشمزه بود با رب گوجه مزه دار می شد و طعم فوق العاده ای داشت. تنها غذایی که ما امتحان کردیم و اصلا خوب نبود باقالی پلو با گوشتش بود که چون گوشت گوساله بود به شدت سفت بود و اصلا قابل خوردن نبود که با شامی رودباری تعویضش کردیم. امیدوارم عکسها بتونه کمک کنه بهتون توی انتخاب غذا. و یه مسئله و نقص دیگه این بود که شربت آلبالو گرفتم و به شدت از طعم گلپر بدم میاد ولی بدون اینکه بپرسن ریخته بودن توی شربت و منم پسش دادم. و درضمن قیمت های شور کولی نسبت به کیفیتی که داره واقعا به صرفه است

We had Kebab dish with rice which was really delicious except for Koobide which was too oily according to my partner (I didn’t try it as I don’t like this food). Chenje and Jooje Torsh were truly amazing. The price is ok and the staff are kind and helpful. It took 15 minutes for our food to be delivered which is alright. They also offer freshly baked breads which is a lovely treat and the ambiance of the restaurant is comforting and welcoming…. I will definitely recommend Shoore Kooli to y’all!

This restaurant has a cosy and inviting ambience with a decor galore interior which makes for a relaxing laid back dining experience.The service from the waiters is very professional prompt and personal. The place is noisy inside but you still talk and it gets very busy especially during weekends and it will be very difficult for you to be served fast if you do not book ahead of time and also finding parking is difficult if the place is filled to capacity. The meals consist of saltef anchovies and a side to the main dishes.The meals are small portions and for an average adult to be filled up you may need to order another dish.Tje meals however are full of flavours and definitely this restaurant is highly recommended it is...
