We (two families with 2 kids) went to this restaurant around 3:00 pm last week and went on to sit on one of the tables waiting for a waiter to give us a menu. After few minutes a waiter comes and tells us that we have to order food at the window by the entrance.. I proceed to the window to order food only to notice the window closed. I try and talk to the person behind it that we want to order but he tells me they aren't taking any more orders for the day. I try to explain that we are two families and we are already sitting in the restaurant but he doesn't seem to care.. I them try to look for any papers or signs that says you should order before sitting but fail to find any. Frustranted and annoyed we leave....
