I dropped into Little Italy after a rough day and it proved to be exactly the right call. Start with the wedge potatoes: properly seasoned, crisp-edged, and absolutely a must-order. We shared the Carbonara and Salami pizzas. The Carbonara stands out:silky, richly seasoned sauce over a generous amount of high-quality bacon. Flavors line up in harmony, the dough stays light yet sturdy, and the whole thing eats like a composed dish rather than a gimmick. It’s an easy 10/10. The Salami pizza holds its own too, delivering clean, meaty heat on that same well-made base. Hospitality is where Little Italy separates itself. delightful experience, really light neapolitan pizza with with new flavors and tastes. the service was great and staff were careful and present and take good care of people. we test chicken barbeque sauce pizza and really liked it. pastrami pizza was good and the blue drink was fresh and tasteful. the price was either logical. second time: this time, we taste some different pizzas from the last time, and taste making was really good. pizzas here have the same after taste that I think belongs to the bread but it's good and I like it. this time, we taste beef carpaccio rosso ,prosciutto crudo and melanzane. at most, I loved the beef pizza, but the others were good too. melanzane is a good wegy option that has crispy eggplants and was really better than my expectations, and I liked it. Little Italy, the pizzeria I've tried 3 or 4 times. One of our friends recommended this place. I've tried 6 or 7 of the pizzas in the menu. I can say, the topping is good, I like the pesto and pesto russo the most. So topping score is 7 in average. But in my opinion the pizza is all about the dough, And unfortunately I think the dough gets 2 or 3 the most. It's not crunchy at all, the centre of the pizza is okay but the crust is nor soft nor crunchy. The pizza sauce ruins the crust and the middle part is raw! The pizzeria place is cozy, people are warm, but you can't reserve a table, and you should wait for a long time (1-2 hours) there is no waiting room, the reception system is messy.
