Mestooran Restaurant — Restaurant in Tehran

It's actually a traditional restaurant with special presentation. They serve food with local special creative method, and fresh beverages(traditional recipe), Welcome appetiser (hot hand made bread and hand made vegetable cheese), Washing your hands at your table by water rose. Kind and helpful doorman, But waiters obviously make diffrence between tables that was annoying me, some food smells, and I wait 15 minutes for my bill at the table and finally pay at cash desk by myself. By the way if you do not care about stuffs it is good opportunity for new experience. Try Misineh Choopan(rice with beans and lamb muscle in copper dish sealed with bread) or Shahaneh Kabab (rack of lamb ) with Berenge Pardei (rice has been served in very thin dough like a burger) or Ab Goosht Chahar Maghz (gravy with nuts ) and pomegranate salad or watermelon salad. The most important thing you need to know is that I’m a chef, and I’ve been cooking since I was seven years old so I don’t give out high ratings easily. That said, this place serves incredible food. It carries deep cultural roots, reflecting the poetry and essence of Persian tradition. From the moment you’re greeted to the way they have you wash your hands, everything is part of a thoughtfully crafted experience. The use of copper throughout the restaurant adds to its charm, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The presentation and preparation of the food are both exceptional, especially within the context of Iran.

I have been here 3 times, but today on my last visit changed all my mind😟 I went here with my family to have a coffee and cake in the courtyard area. I saw a big lizard on the wall.. I wish this was then end but... there was a big cockroach 🪳 ON THE TABLE on the other side. We asked the staff, he got rid of it... I am not sure if he washed his hand or not.. This is not acceptable at all. When they can not control these insects, they shouldn't use this space.

This is not just my concern, the staff that was serving us, was not concentrated well, we asked for some stuff that we never get them. I had to ask other staff to help us.
