Poor management, ZERO customer service. We have been to Nayeb for casual meals, however this time we wanted to hold our grandmother’s memorial “40 om” over there. We went to check the VIP section twice. They sent one of their agents who claimed is their reservation manager. She gave us a tour and pricing. We went to their office finalized the verbal contract specifically the pricing and told them to bring the contract to sign. I should add that other than us being under emotional pressure, I was leaving for a work trip to Europe the same night. She went to the “manager’s”office, I could clearly hear them how unprofessionally they r discussing our business which was shocking! she came out and despite the fact that from day first she claimed there r no entrance fee for the Saloon we wanted nor service fee said that we have to add 8 million toman on top what we r paying just for the saloon we wanted. Funny thing from day first she constantly insisted there r no fees for the saloons, nor any HIDDEN fees whatsoever. She claimed it’s not in her hands this is what the manager said and she didn’t know. I asked them to honor the fee since that’s what she told us from day first. They didn’t have the courtesy to do that. I realized we r better off to go with another restaurant cause if this is what they do to u before signing the contract God knows what they do after. Poor management, poor staff training, and zero customer service. One of our relatives introduced talare Matin in Shariati St. our memorial was held yesterday, we were extremely happy with everything. Food was amazing, customer service amazing, the saloon itself is way more beautiful and bigger than Nayeb and it won’t disappoint you. It exceeded out...
