Disrespectful Treatment at Cafe

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred today at your cafe. As a regular customer for the past three years, I have enjoyed the convenience and ambiance your establishment offers, making it my go-to place for tea, whether for business meetings or personal relaxation.

However, today's experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Despite my loyalty and frequent patronage, the attitude displayed by your staff was nothing short of appalling. I was initially ignored for several minutes, which in itself was distressing. When I finally managed to gain their attention, the response I received was rude and indifferent. It was clear that the staff members were uninterested in assisting me, and the whole inconvenience of the complex is that we are not able to serve a customer who comes every day to order tea.

The environment that I have previously cherished for its comfort and warmth suddenly became hostile and inhospitable. Regrettably, I felt compelled to leave, as I could no longer endure the disrespectful treatment. This incident has left me deeply dejected and disheartened, as I had anticipated being treated with more respect and appreciation as a loyal customer.

Moreover, I have recently become aware of a discrepancy in pricing. It appears that the staff members charge customers more than the prices listed on the menu. While I understand that costs may fluctuate over time, it is disconcerting to learn that loyal customers like myself have been subject to higher charges without prior notice or explanation.

I am reaching out to you in the hope that this matter can be addressed promptly and effectively. As a long-standing customer, I believe that my concerns deserve attention and resolution.

Amazing view. Nice place. Good tasting hot beverage and snacks. Ambiance is what I really like. Most of all very professional staffs. The baristas and waiters are polite, serves well, and knows English! (Good for non Farsi speaker like me) In return to their professional behavior and professional services, ofcourse a generous tip was done. They deserve it. Hot beverages are served Hot! Bravo! Not luke warm! As in hot. They lit the candle whenever customers arrive. They have the contactless menu. Perfect for covid19 season, so no touching of any menu folders. Drinks and snacks are delivered beautifully and appetizing. I've been there many many times. (Finally I had free time to write this review) when it's not so busy, you'll get your orders quick. When it's busy, you'll have to wait longer. (Understandable) what matters is the drinks are served really hot and good tasting. Its very obvious that they use high and good quality ingredients to make the drinks. Staffs are again I repeat professional. No attitude problem at all. I highly recommend this place. Prices are high compared to your average coffee shops. Times 3 of the prices maybe, but it's all worth it! They have all the right to have a high price because their service is high also. Their drinks and snacks looks and tastes high also. So it really okay to pay higher than the other coffee shops around the area. Also their location is ehem... high too... you get what u pay for. I pay high, you will experience high quality also. when u dine indoor they play classical music or if ur lucky, a pianist will be there. When u choose to sit outside, you'll have a glimpse of the mountain. I will continue to come back there again. I really like this place. Highly recommended guys. Great job to everyone behind this...

Very bad service, the waiter Mr. Hosseini was behaved badly, The vibes here are really worst! While I would necessarily come here for a romantic date, I definitely not recommend this place. Came for coffee with my best friend that came form Germany . We loved our coffee and Masala Tea which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive.

But the service was below average and the waiters were too terrible and rude.

When we arrived at 4.40, we had to wait 10 minutes while they got our table ready. OK, so we didn't have a reservation, but the restaurant was only half full. There was no reason to make us wait at all.

We ordered the our coffee and tea they looked delicious. But, when we tasted them, the cheese cake was not fresh.

When the waiter asked if everything was ok, we said we really didn't like the cake and he said 'That's funny, I love them' and that was it. He didn't offer us anything else or take them off our bill. Also, when we didn't leave a tip, he looked annoyed.
