Update: June 2023 - 7pm They changed the staff again! According to the waiter, the mgt switch the staff between their branches every now and then. I'm pretty sure they have a good reason for that, but as a customer, I'd love to keep seeing the same familiar faces wh9 knows me, and I know them So I'm keeping the 2stars rating for now. _____________ Update: May 2022 - 9pm They changed the Pistachio again. The new one doesn't taste good as the old one 😕 The staff is really polite and keeps wearing a smile all the time. ___________________ Jul 5, 2021 - 7:30pm Pros: 1- Very nice and friendly staff, as usual in all their branches. 2- Drinks taste good. 3- The Bun they made is really good!! 4- Nice decoration. Cons: 1- Management keep changing staff members from time to time. 2- I wish they bring the old Pistachio cream (the greenish neon colored) they stop using it 2 years ago because it's way more delicious than the current one they use.

I don't want to leave a negative feedback but the price of their coffee is really expensive .. 10k IQD that means 6 euro. this is even more expensive than europe .. considering that in europe they pay more for labor and taxes. save your money and have a cup of coffee elswhere. Definitely not recommended

Pros: 1- Very nice and friendly staff, as usual in all their branches.

2- Drinks taste good.

3- The Bun they made is really good!!

4- Nice decoration.

The espresso coffee they made is Solid, the service is quite friendly, the atmosphere out or in it may be a little bit noisy for families but if you’re going with your homies, you’ll definitely like it, One think keep it a way from the absolute 5, at least to me

I enjoy my coffee with nuts, when the order came was very tiny box of maybe 4 grains of almonds broken in atoms! Lol

It comes with Nutella cacco which i dont need it or asked for but they have it this way, maybe to make up the nut small box.

In another famous cafe m, you got around 250gm of fresh mix of nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews) for almost 1.5 times the price of this 4 grains nuts lol

I will make my review on this cofe based on my experiance with Gloria jens & starbucks in Australia and Euro.

  1. the service is so good
  2. the quality of coffee is not good at all, I have ordered hot choclate abd capacion, I would rate them 3/10
