The staff here are extremely rude and inattentive, you have to ask multiple times just to place an order. They don’t speak Kurdish at all, making communication even more frustrating. I specifically told the cashier that I wanted two shawarmas with normal bread, not Lebanese bread. After waiting 10 minutes, they gave me the wrong order. When I pointed it out, the staff member responsible for preparing the orders looked me in the eye and outright lied, claiming they didn’t have normal bread.
I went back to the cashier to request a refund, but he couldn’t understand me and had to call the captain, who barely spoke Kurdish himself. After explaining the situation, the captain spoke to the staff and made them prepare my order correctly. Turns out, they did have the bread all along, they just didn’t want to give it to me.
After another 10-minute wait, I finally got my order, only to find it drenched in oil, so greasy that just looking at it felt like a health hazard. I ended up throwing it away. Worst...
